SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2024 Vegas VegFest! Vegas VegFest is a unique opportunity in Las Vegas to gain access to vegans, vegetarians, and the veg-curious all at one event.  We anticipate an attendance between 5,000-7,000 visitors consisting primarily of Vegas locals, but with some traveling from California, Arizona, Utah, and beyond!

 

Our sponsors make VegFest happen! Without you, we would not be able to afford the substantial costs it takes to run a free community festival. We thank you for your participation and partnership in bringing this important (and tasty) event to life!

Every sponsorship level, including the Friends of Vegas VegFest level (noted at the bottom of this page) will have a mention in our monthly e-newsletter, which reaches over 2,000 people.

Learning Zone Sponsor

New this year! Become the sponsor of our Larning Zone which will be a 20x20 foot tent where we feature guest speakers and food demos (we previously featured this programming on our main stage, which will now be an entertainment space).

 

Perks included:​

  • Your business name announced at the start of every food demo as "sponsored by"

  • Your business name included on tent signage.

  • If wanted, 12x 20 foot booth space in the festival for your business; priority placement

  • All other perks included in "Platinum Sponsorship"
